These units feature a 14-inch (360mm) diameter bowl with a length-to-diameter ratio of 3.5:1, capable of operating at speeds up to 4000 RPM.
Designed for maximum durability and extended service life between overhauls, the GNLW363D-VFD decanter centrifuge incorporates a centrifugally cast duplex stainless steel bowl and tungsten carbide hardened tiles protecting the solids conveyor.
Critical wear areas are further protected with replaceable tungsten carbide inserts at both the feed distribution and solids discharge zones. Tungsten Carbide plows continuously clear the solids discharge area.
1 Set GNLW453D-VFD Decanter Centrifuge:
This larger 18-inch (450mm) diameter bowl centrifuge offers operational flexibility with a choice of length-to-diameter ratios (3.4:1 or 4:1), enabling efficient removal of low gravity solids from drilling fluids. Powered by a 75hp main drive and a 30hp auxiliary motor, the GNLW453D-VFD decanter centrifuge can be optionally equipped with main bearing temperature and vibration sensors for enhanced safety and performance monitoring.
