During the exhibition, GN Solids Control showcased its latest and most innovative equipment, demonstrating its commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions for the industry. One of the highlights was the GN ViST Shaker, a traditional shaker enhanced with a vacuum screen unit. This remarkable piece of equipment can recover up to 20-30% of liquid from drilling mud, significantly reducing waste and the need for new mud investment over time.

Furthermore, GN also exhibited its decanter centrifuges, which are the core of solids and liquid separation. Oilfield Drilling Cuttings Management System Exported to the Middle East

In a significant milestone for our company, we have successfully sold our comprehensive Drilling Cuttings Management System to a valued customer in the Middle East. This system, tailor-made for efficient drilling cuttings management, will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and environmental sustainability in the oilfields of this region.

The core component of this system is our Vertical Cuttings Dryer, model GNCD930G. This state-of-the-art dryer is designed to rapidly and effectively reduce the moisture content of drilling cuttings, making it easier to handle and dispose of. Its vertical design ensures maximum efficiency and minimal space utilization, making it an ideal choice for oilfields with limited space.

Complementing the dryer is our Decanter Centrifuge, model GNLW363D-VFD. This powerful machine separates solids from liquids with precision, further reducing the moisture content of the cuttings and enabling their reuse or safe disposal. The variable frequency drive (VFD) allows for precise control of the centrifuge’s speed, optimizing its performance based on the specific requirements of the drilling operation.
