Installed after the drilling fluid vibrating screens, it effectively removes harmful gases from the drilling mud while maintaining the mud’s density. 4. Desander – GNZJ752K-M2SK

As a secondary solid control device, the GNZJ752K-M2SK desander is designed to handle a flow rate of 240m³/h. It is equipped with 2 10-inch hydrocyclones, which are specifically engineered to separate solid particles with a grain size ranging from 47 to 76μm in the drilling fluid. Taking solid control to the next level, the GNZJ752K-M12NK desilter serves as the tertiary solid control equipment in our system. With a processing capacity of 240m³/h and 12 4-inch hydrocyclones, it efficiently separates solid particles with a grain size between 15 and 47μm from the drilling fluid. This further refines the drilling fluid, removing finer particles that could otherwise cause issues in the drilling operation, such as clogging of nozzles or reducing the effectiveness of the drilling fluid in suspending cuttings.

6. Decanter Centrifuge – GNLW452DS-VFD

For the final stage of solid separation, our system incorporates the GNLW452DS-VFD decanter centrifuge. Featuring a drum diameter of 450mm, it has a reference processing capacity of 176GPM (40m³/h). This decanter centrifuge is capable of separating solid particles from the lighter mud at a relatively low cost, ensuring that the drilling fluid remains clean and efficient throughout the drilling process.
