LINEAR DEWATERING VIBRATING SCREEN

Shale Shakers are widely used for solids control, they are equipment that allows to eliminate drilling cuttings from the drilling fluid and this whole process is done while circulating and drilling. In recent years GN technology has been improving, many different designs have come onto the market and research on the best design is constantly progressing as solids control is vital to keeping the costs associated with all kind of fluids, Oil and GAs, Mining, Construction and more.

GN Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization drive technology with a built-in eccentric block. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted by the eccentric block.

 

GN Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen is mainly composed of a screen deck, vibrating motor, supporting system, and electric control system. Through the synchronous and reverse operation of the vibrating motors, the centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric masses is superimposed along the vibration direction, and the opposite centrifugal force is offset, thereby forming a single exciting vibration along the vibration direction, which makes the screen deck move back and forth linearly. GN High-frequency Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen changes the water tension on the surface of the material through the exciting force. The liquid/water passes through the screen, while the fine solid particles are blocked by the screen to form a filter layer and move forward under the effect of the vibration force.

According to the material requirements, the Linear Dewatering Vibrating Screen can use a polyurethane screen panel. The polyurethane screen panel is lined with steel bars, which is very strong and wear-resistant, has a long service life, and does not pollute treated materials. The polyurethane screen panel adopts an inverted triangle three-dimensional anti-blocking design, which can effectively prevent blockage.

#1. DECANTER CENTRIFUGE IN THE INDUSTRY: PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION IN THE FISHMEAL PROCESS.

One of the processes used by the centrifugal decanter for the development of separation of solids and liquids is the fish industry.

For the fishmeal process, it begins its flow with cooking for the coagulation of the protein, with this process the bound water and oil are released, the separation by pressing of the coagulated product obtaining), a liquid stage (Press Liquor ) containing water and the rest of the solids (oil, dissolved or suspended protein, other nutrients such as vitamins and minerals) and a solid stage called (Press Cake).

 

The main part of the sludge in the Press Liquor is removed by centrifugation in a Decanter and the oil is by default extracted by centrifugation, due to the high G forces that our GN Decanters have and their materials used make an efficient separation. The Cola Water is concentrated in a multi-effect evaporator and the Concentrate is mixed vigorously with the Press Cake, which is then usually dehydrated in a sedative. The dried material is ground and stored in bags or in bulk. The extracted oil is stored in custom-designed tanks for later use or treatment that may be done in another process.

Drilling Cuttings Solidification Unit

The GN drilling cuttings Solidification/Stabilization unit required is easily operated and maintained, also since it’s adjustable preset capacity, it works continuously and automatically, so it needs relatively few man-hours, moreover, no chemical waste that requires further treatment is produces. This produces an environmentally safe, dry material that is acceptable for onsite, or land farming disposal at an approved waste facility. Solidification of wastes involves the production of a solid mass having the sufficiently high structural integrity to allow transport and /or disposal of the solid without requiring secondary containment. This technology converts hydrologic sensitive liquid and semi-liquids waste in a physical form that can be stored safely.

Stabilization involves the immobilization of constituents in wastes by chemical alteration to form insoluble compounds, or by entrapment within the solidified product.

 

GN Drilling Cuttings Solidification or Stabilization Unit

1) Drilling waste collection hopper collects all the drill cuttings & drilling waste, which is transported to the mixing chamber by the underneath screw conveyor at pre-set capacity.

2) The cement storage box is keeping cement powder, through the tubular screw conveyor, powders are sent to the mixer at pre-set capacity.

3) In the same way, the absorber is kept in a box, then sent to the mixer by tubular screw conveyor.

4) There is 2ea 1.5inch liquid inlet, for water feeding, liquid chemical feeding, located beside the mixer inlet.

5) The high-shear mixer mixes all the material and push to the front at the same time. When the solids go to the discharge port, it is already mixed sufficiently, then discharge.

Drilling waste is solidified by our innovative blending technology and can be processed continually on-site. The dosing rates of the absorber and the sludge cements powder can be adjusted accordingly. After processed, the drilling cuttings are eco-friendly and environmentally safe for disposal.
