The equipment package is specifically configured to meet the demanding requirements of the client’s drilling program. It includes the following core components:

1. Six Units of Drilling Fluid Shale Shakers

The shale shaker is the first phase solids control equipment in any drilling fluid processing system. It is widely recognized as a key piece of equipment within the drilling mud system because its performance directly affects the efficiency of the entire solids control system. The supplied units are engineered to provide effective primary separation of large drill cuttings, ensuring that downstream equipment operates under optimal conditions.

2. Two Units of Mud Cleaners (GNZJ Series)

The GNZJ mud cleaner is a standard model within our product line. It combines desander and desilter hydrocyclones mounted over a fine-mesh shale shaker, delivering efficient secondary and tertiary solids removal. Our mud cleaner is designed to meet almost all requirements for oil and gas well drilling fluids treatment systems as well as HDD mud recycling systems. For customers with special needs, we can design customized, cost-effective mud cleaners based on specific application requirements.

3. Four Units of Decanter Centrifuges

GN designs and manufactures both decanter centrifuges and three-phase centrifuges for industrial separation applications. The solid bowl decanter centrifuge has operated according to the same basic principle since the 19th century, but GN has advanced the technology by designing specific centrifuges tailored to particular separation tasks. The use of resilient, high-quality materials has significantly improved centrifuge performance and service life.

The system integrates three core components, each engineered to perform a critical function in the overall fluid management and waste reduction process:

Vertical Cuttings Dryer: Designed to efficiently separate liquids from drilling cuttings, significantly reducing the volume of drilling waste for disposal. The vertical cuttings dryer is capable of reducing oil-on-cuttings (OOC) to below 5%, minimizing environmental impact and lowering waste disposal costs. Using centrifugal force, the dryer extracts valuable drilling fluids that can be returned to the active system for reuse, maximizing fluid recovery and reducing overall drilling expenses.

Solids Vacuum Pump: A pneumatic transfer pump specifically engineered to move high solids content materials such as drilling waste, oil sludge, and tank bottom sludge. Powered by compressed air rather than electricity, it is ideal for hazardous and explosion-proof zones, ensuring safe operation in challenging field conditions.

Decanter Centrifuge: Providing precision solid-liquid separation, the decanter centrifuge removes fine and ultra-fine solids from drilling fluids, controlling low-shear rate viscosity and recovering valuable barite.
