Two (2) Complete 1000 GPM Mud Recycling Systems: Each system includes:

Two (2) GNZS Series Shale Shakers: Serving as the primary solids control equipment, these high-performance shale shakers feature robust construction with a base, screen basket, vibration springs, vibrating motors, and a mud tank. Engineered for exceptional performance, they offer high vibration intensity, a large screening area, an adjustable screen basket angle, and a compact footprint. Available in linear or elliptical motion configurations, they can also be upgraded to negative pressure shale shakers upon request. Our GNZS shale shakers can be supplied as double or triple units with integrated piping manifolds and are also designed to function effectively as the underflow shaker for mud cleaners.

One (1) Mud Cleaner: Acting as the secondary and tertiary solids control stage, this efficient unit integrates desander cyclones, desilter cyclones, and an underflow shale shaker into a single, space-saving package. Its compact design and powerful performance make it the ideal choice for comprehensive solids removal in drilling fluid systems.

Two (2) Storage Tanks: Providing essential capacity for mud storage and management.

Three (3) Mixing Tanks: Facilitating efficient mud mixing and conditioning processes.

This integrated system is designed to optimize drilling fluid recovery, minimize waste, reduce environmental impact, and lower operational costs for the customer’s HDD projects. GNLW-554 Two-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module: Offering a maximum processing capacity of 600 GPM (136 m³/h) and a maximum bowl speed of 3112 RPM for efficient solid-liquid separation.

GNLWS-554 Three-Phase Decanter Centrifuge Module: This core technology is specifically designed for Solid-Liquid-Liquid three-phase separation. Widely recognized in oil sludge treatment, the GN 3-phase decanter centrifuge is engineered for reliable, smooth operation. Key components include the driving system, decanter bowl, internal screw conveyor, cover box, skid, and VFD control panel. Effective separation requires the solid phase to be the heaviest, and the two liquid phases to have different densities. Crucially, the 3-phase decanter separates solids and separates the two distinct liquid phases (oil & water). Compared to 3-phase disc centrifuges, the decanter type is significantly easier to operate and maintain.
