This multi-functional device efficiently removes fine solids (15-44 microns) while minimizing space requirements, making it an ideal choice for mid-to-high-density mud systems.

For advanced solids separation, the system incorporates the GNLW452D decanter centrifuge. With a bowl length-to-diameter ratio of 3.4:1 or 4:1, this dual-motor-driven unit (75HP main motor + 30HP back-drive motor) delivers cost-effective removal of fine particles from lightweight drilling fluids. Enhanced safety and operational monitoring are enabled through optional features such as main bearing temperature sensors and vibration sensors.
