The hydraulic bowl and displacement drive system drive both the conveyor and the bowl of a decanter centrifuge from the hydraulic pump unit via two hydraulic oil circuits.

PRINCIPLE OF HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM- FHD PRINCIPLE

The fully hydraulic system consists of A the hydraulic pump unit, B the bowl drive hydraulic motor and C the travel drive.

Hydraulic pump unit A feeds hydraulic oil to scroll drive C and bowl drive B by two separate and individually independent operating circuits

An electric motor A1 drives the combined pumps A2 and A3. Each operating circuit is equipped with its own hydraulic pump and controls. The pump unit contains all adjustment devices and safety valves as well as pressure gauges.

With this system, the rotation speed of the bowl, as well as the differential speed of the scroll, can be manually adjusted independently of each other, continuously and infinitely variable during the operation of the centrifuge.

HYDROVAC SLUDGE PROCESSING SYSTEM

GN designs and manufactures a hydro-vac sludge processing system. It is also called hydro-vac sludge waste treatment or sewage sludge management system. The sludge processing solution is to use liquid and solids separation equipment to treat the soil, soup, or sludge generated by the Hydrovac or HDD project and produce reusable material for construction and clean water discharge. Normally, the slurry is free of contaminants and comes from the physical location of utilities in the public right-of-way and from directional drilling for laying underground pipes or utilities or other privately owned construction.

Hydrovac Excavation Introduction:

Hydrovac excavation is a non-destructive, precise, non-mechanical process that uses pressurized water and an industrial-strength vacuum to simultaneously excavate and evacuate soil. As the pressurized water breaks up the soil, it creates laitance that is removed using a powerful vacuum in a waste tank. Hydrovac is currently the only non-destructive process method for the excavation operation. Hydrovac excavation can efficiently and accurately excavate in a variety of soil types and environmental conditions, including frozen ground conditions, clay, hard-packed earth, and in remote areas or locations with limited access. Residual slurry from the Hydrovac excavation will be sent to the Hydrovac slurry processing plant for treatment to recycle the water and construction material.

GN POLYURETHANE SCREEN PANEL

 

GN Polyurethane Screen Panel is commonly used in the dewatering and classification of mineral process and construction industries. GN polyurethane screen panel is manufactured by the processing technology of steel wire covered with polyurethane. It is characterized by firm structure and durability. GN polyurethane screen panel adopts high-quality polyurethane raw materials, which have excellent elasticity, super wear resistance, and good screening efficiency. All polyurethane raw materials and their proportion have been tested and strictly selected, and advanced injection molding technology and precision designed & manufactured molds are used for injection molding, which can guarantee GN polyurethane screen panels are completely customized according to your needs. Opening shape and opening size, screen plate thickness, fixing method, overall size, and other elements can be arbitrarily determined. GN Classification Vibrating Screen

GN Classification Vibrating Screen is widely used in the classification and screening of iron ore, coal, non-ferrous metal ore, building materials, chemical industry, and other materials. The equipment adopts advanced design means such as finite element analysis and anti-fatigue analysis to ensure the reasonable structure, low energy consumption, and large screening and classification capacity of the screening machine. It can be applied in various working conditions that are easy to corrode and wear. Large processing capacity, high efficiency, and stable performance. The size of the screen machine can also be customized according to customer requirements. Two vibrating motors are installed on the GN classification vibrating screen, and the screen body moves in a linear line by using the principle of reverse self-synchronization. CLASSIFICATION OF VIBRATING SCREEN-LINEAR MOTION TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS & ADVANTAGES
