Look back the past one year, GN acquainted many new clients and make friends with them. Moreover, most of them gave their confidence to GN and placed orders for solids control equipment and relative wear parts. Step 2, Fill the customer feedback form
Write down your comments on GN’s products quality, sales representative, after sales service and even the commissioning engineer’s performance on site. Only need to mark a Tick in the form to give your idea. Client can also give their suggestions to help GN to improve.

Step 3, Scan or take a picture of the filled form, send back to GN
For the clients who have specific contact person in GN, the scanned form could be sent via email to the right person. If don’t know where to send, then the filled form could be sent to sales@gnsolidscontrol.com. Don’t forget leave your company information and your physical address for receiving the gift.

Step 4, Waiting gift
Once the customer feedback form was received, GN’s sales person would acknowledge the receipt and arrange the gift delivery. All the gifts are ordered online, and will be sent via international express to door. Clients no need step out the room.

Good news! Recently, GN solids control published the shaker screen online shopping mall system. By using this system, clients could RFQ or order the screen online easily. To enjoy the convenient of online shopping for GN durable replacement screen panels, please spend some time to learn how to use GN online screen shopping mall.

Step 1: Registration — All clients who want to order the screen online need to register to be a GN screen shopping mall member first. If clients are new here, by clicking the ‘Login’ button on the top right corner of the page, the register process could be started. Only need an effective email ID and general information, then an account is available. After finishing the registration process, clients could log into the account to check the account information, orders placed, desired items in cart etc.

Please be noted, GN’s screen has been tested by Third Party laboratory and the report is available. Registered client may ask for the test report once got reply from GN sales team. Client need to choose the right API Nos. and quantity, then submit for a quote. To protect distributors benefit, the neutral package is also available.

Step 4: Order Placing — As GN is willing to provide discount for bulk order, the client would receive the quote via registered email for confidence purpose. After receiving the RFQ, GN will arrange the sales team to follow up with client on detailed request, special preference, discount and delivery time.

As a manufacturer of solids control and waste management equipment, GN Solids Control has the complete production line for fabrication the equipment from raw material of steel cuttings, bending, to lathe processing, then to coating process. At every procedure, GN adopts the up-dated fabrication machine to ensure the quality and efficiency. Recently, GN just upgraded the painting workshop appliances for purpose of both efficiency increasing and environmental protection.

Automatic shot blasting machine – shot blasting machine is used to working piece surface cleaning up and strengthen. It can remove the burr and rust of the casting, so that the subsequent painting process would be performed well.

Constant temperature spraying – In order to increase the paint coverage area on the working piece and outer surface painting quality, GN set up the dust-free and airless painting line. Airless painting machine applies high pressure on the paint, and then the paint was sprayed out via the spray gun as fog style. It can spray the paint to all points of the working piece where the brash will not reach. The thickness of the spray painting is uniform and the consumption is less. Constant temperature would speed up the drying process even in winter.

Electrostatic spraying – the material used in electrostatic spraying is the plastic powder. As the powder coating material has no solvent in it, it will not produce waste of water, gas and solid stuffs. Thus the electrostatic spraying technology is developed fast and nowadays widely applied. Electrostatic spraying also has advantages of high efficiency, suitable for automatic production line and coating powder recyclable.

With a series strict regulations issued on environment protection, many factories stopped their painting job. GN Solids Control is pleased to accept outsourcing painting service with precondition of completion of GN own painting job.

This week, GN’s fabrication department was busy finishing the final assembling of 2 sets containerized cuttings dryer systems for Russia client. Containerized design is especially for application in the low temperature area. Operators could work inside the container without bearing for the cold weather. Equipment could also be protected in warm place.
So far, GN has ever sent more than 10 units this type system to Russia. In the process of fabrication this kind of containerized cuttings drying system, GN accumulated lot of experience in equipment layout inside and what equipment will be needed to make the system works well.

 

Cuttings dryer is the main equipment in the system. The dryer is installed at one end of the container. At this part, the container is designed with open top cover. A hopper is connected with the feeding port of the cutting dryer for collecting the drilling cuttings. Beside the dryer unit, a cantilever crane is installed there for repairing purpose when lifting the upper part of the dryer.
Effluence discharged from the cutting dryer gravity flows into the collecting tank in the middle part of the container. On the tank, a mud agitator is installed for blending the fluids to prevent the solids from settling to the tank bottom.
A screw pump for feeding to decanter centrifuge is also installed inside the container for easy connecting with the collection tank. This tank is used to transfer the recovered drilling fluids from collection to tank to out connected decanter centrifuge for polishing. After treated by the decanter centrifuge, the drilling fluids could be reused.

 

For operators’ convenience, the container is also equipped with washing platform with clean water pipeline connecting port and cabinet for tools and small wear parts storage.
Now these 2 set containerized drilling cuttings treatment system are under the final assembling procedure, after that, all the equipment would be tested for trial running.
