Equipment included in the 500GPM Mobile

1) GNZS703E-ZD shale shaker, 1 ea<\/p>\n

It is a linear motion shale shaker with 3
\npanels. The shaker is equipped with back type feeding box for a lower feeding
\nheight. In case the mud will be flowed to shale shaker directly through
\npipelines.<\/p>\n

Features of GNZS703E shale shaker<\/p>\n

a. It utilizes the most reliable linear
\nmotion for a stable performance.<\/p>\n

b. The shaker model utilize pretention
\nscreen, Each screen mounted by 2 ea wedge for fast screen changing. <\/p>\n

c. The shale
\nshaker deck<\/a> of GNZS703E shaker is made from stainless steel material for a
\nbetter performance of anti-abrasive and longer lifetime. <\/p>\n

d. The dumpling spring of the shaker is
\nsteel material internal for more stronger and better performance of vibration
\ndesorption. The spring external is protected with rubber sleeve to prevent
\nfingers involved in during operation. \u00a0 \u00a0\n<\/p>\n

e. The vibration model is chose from
\nworldwide famous brand: Italy Oil or Martin.<\/p>\n

2) GNZJ703E-8S desilter mud cleaner<\/p>\n

It is the combination of a shale shaker
\nGNZS703E and 8 ea 4\u2019\u2019 desilter cone assembly. The 4\u2019\u2019 desitler cone<\/a> is made
\nfrom PU material for long lifetime. <\/p>\n

And the cone assembly is removable. In case
\nneeded, the Operator can bolt off the desilter cone assembly and mounted a
\nfeeder box and use it as a separator shale shaker. <\/p>\n

3) Slurry pump 1 ea. In case mud maybe stocked
\nin mud pit, a slurry pump is used as backup.<\/p>\n

3) Mud tank<\/a> 1 ea. The mud
\ntank is equipped with container block for easy mounted and clocked on the
