Therefore, we need find a solution to take out the sand,<br \/>\nsilt and trash at the bottom of water to make the water clean. <\/p>\n<p>To take the solid stuff out from the water,<br \/>\nwe need a solid and liquid separation system to do this job. As a leading<br \/>\nmanufacturer of solids control equipment, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidsamerica.com\/vacuum-degasser.html\">GN solids control l<\/a>uckily<br \/>\njointed a project to make the lake water clean inside a residence district.<br \/>\nThere is a dredging boat that can take the solid mixed with water from bottom<br \/>\nof the lake, the dirty slurry was sucked out and delivered on to the land with<br \/>\nsmelly smell. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"tmblr-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-147\" src=\"http:\/\/www.apishakerscreen.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/tumblr_inline_o1wmhmSV181scdfa1_540.jpg\" width=\"500\" height=\"291\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>The slurry is fed via a steel wire box<br \/>\nwhere large size solid stuff will be blocked and collected. Then the liquid<br \/>\nwill be pumped to GN\u2019s solids control system. In this system, GN designed 3<br \/>\nstages for solids control including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidsamerica.com\/linear-motion-shale-shaker.html\">shale shaker<\/a>,<br \/>\nde-sander and de-silter. Both the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidsamerica.com\/desander.html\"> de-sander<\/a> and<br \/>\nde-silter are equipped with underflow shaker that could make the discharges<br \/>\nfrom cyclone much dryer. After treated by the de-silter cyclones, the solid<br \/>\nstuff with size larger than 15-20 microns will be removed. And the rest solid<br \/>\nin the slurry is difficult to remove by using mechanical machinery. <\/p>\n<p>Flocculation is a good method to gather the<br \/>\nultra fine solids in the slurry. Add the flocculation agent into the slurry as<br \/>\nper certain ratio and then fully mix with <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Mud_agitator\">mud agitators.<\/a> The<br \/>\nflocculated slurry will need several times for sedimentation and then will be<br \/>\npumped to belt filter press for final dewatering process. The solids will be<br \/>\ndischarged with a thin cake shape, and the water could be discharged directly<br \/>\nback to later or river. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The advantage of the filter press is to<br \/>\nmake the solids much dryer, and disadvantage is high cost and small treating<br \/>\ncapacity.
