These units feature a 14-inch (360mm) diameter bowl with a length-to-diameter ratio of 3.5:1, capable of operating at speeds up to 4000 RPM.<\/p>\n

Designed for maximum durability and extended service life between overhauls, the GNLW363D-VFD\u00a0decanter centrifuge<\/a>\u00a0incorporates a centrifugally cast duplex stainless steel bowl and tungsten carbide hardened tiles protecting the solids conveyor.<\/p>\n

Critical wear areas are further protected with replaceable tungsten carbide inserts at both the feed distribution and solids discharge zones. Tungsten Carbide plows continuously clear the solids discharge area.<\/p>\n

This larger 18-inch (450mm) diameter bowl centrifuge offers operational flexibility with a choice of length-to-diameter ratios (3.4:1 or 4:1), enabling efficient removal of low gravity solids from drilling fluids. Powered by a 75hp main drive and a 30hp auxiliary motor, the GNLW453D-VFD\u00a0decanter centrifuge<\/a>\u00a0can be optionally equipped with main bearing temperature and vibration sensors for enhanced safety and performance monitoring.<\/p>\n
